Another fabulous take away from this little Gem. The food was amazing and worth the money. Highly recommend I SO.

First visit to ISO and it was great. Not many other customers but deliveries were being sent out all the time. Sushi was tasty and chicken teriyaki was delicious. The staff member Lucy was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Only negative was that...it was really cold in there, that was probably due to most of food pick up drivers not closing the door.More

Poor customer service and experience. My wife’s order was wrong and my order contained undercooked chicken, however the shop insisted on the food being collected for due diligence, and then a fresh meal was issued questioning our integrity. Pretty poor. The udon was manly raw Cabbage raw mushrooms and missing some of the main seafood that was in its description on the menu. Disappointing

My husband and i just had a lunch here as im huge fan of japanese cuisine. We ordered iso sushi box which was ok and seafood ramen and beef udon. Unfortunetly both of the dishes was lacking the flavour. Everything was swimming in the broth...instead being placed on top of the noodles which resulted having overcooked chewy meat. I was able to eat just a little bit and told the waitress that im not happy about meal . She was apologetic however i wasn't offered discount. I left hungry and disappointed that the place didn't meet my expectation.More

Our first visit to ISO Sushi was an early Friday evening tea. As newbies we asked for advise on the menu.... excellent. Delighted with our food choices, the quality and the service. A very smart, comfortable and relaxed restaurant.

Have been a customer for iso sushi for the last 4 years. I have missed coming into the restaurant to eat due to covid. Now that they are open to eat in, i went with the Mrs and child. The service from the staff was...amazing. and the sushi we ordered was delicious. The soft Shell crab tempura was one of the best I've ever had. Thank You ISO SUSHI. Very well advertised on website, but in real life it is completely different, it is more like take away place, I would say priority is take away, but not those couple table sitting there and watching delivery people coming in and out and packng boxes,...bags. Food in self very poor, sashimi - website says fine cut, which sounds very professional, that was not close to fine cut, everything else too very poor quality. Service, I can't say there was any service, dusty sourcer for tea, no napkins, waiting for fork, wasabi and other, asked for spicy ramen, nothing was spicy in there, and than last drop when we were leaving, 60 £ bill - shocking, and silly question- how was you food, I think they blind, website say authentic Japanese food. DO You owners know, what is AUTHENTIC AND JAPANESE FOOD?????? DON'T Lie to you customers, be honest for what you serve.More

Good food! We ordered on Easter Day and got it delivered. It was quick and foot still warm. Got a little chocolate egg as well. :) Very nice, definitely recommend it! Cant wait to be able to dine in and try different dishes.

Not a visit but a takeaway. We’ve had many takeaways during the past year. The food from Iso Sushi has been generally good & tasty. One criticism - by the time the food arrives it’s rather cold which is a pity when it’s food cooked...as tempera. Tonight we chose prawn crackers, tempera squid, tempera vegetables, chicken gyozas, and some hand rolls. All very tasty, worth eating but not warm. My partner has salmon teryaki which coped with warming up in the oven. It was good, lovely flavour. I had lamb chops. Oh dear! I’ve had these 3 times before & they’ve been very like rack of lamb chops with spices, 6 small, tender, delicious cutlets - lovely. Sadly tonight, what a difference! Huge slabs of ‘meat’, enormous amounts of white, blubbery lamb fat, tiny amounts of mainly tough meat which was virtually uncutable, unchewable & so inedible. Very poor quality. Disappointing.More

From a quite a few orders now here’s what’s good and what’s not about Iso Sushi. The the quality of the produce. Fresh prawns and proper chicken breast. The sushi is always good quality too. Everything seems fresh and high quality. No cheap, frozen, Chinese...supermarket stuff. It’s all presented and packaged very well too. No foil trays here. Here’s what’s bad - the food is BLAND! Everything is under seasoned and lacking in bright flavours. Udon seafood noodles were swimming in what tasted like dishwater with very little seafood to be found. It’s also very expensive for what you get. £35 for two starters and mains. There’s an issue with portion size too. Everything is bulked up with loads of (admittedly very fresh) spiralised carrot and cucumber, once you dig through that lot there’s not much meat or fish to be found. If you want overpriced, small portions lacking in flavour but in nice packaging this is for you.More
