The good points are the quality of the food and the value for money. Everything we ordered was delicious and the Rubiyan Duck dish was both an unusual offering and amazingly good. On the downside, service can be a little slow and the acoustics are...More

If you like the original 1980's style 'bought in bulk' furniture and 'design-lacking' decor together with slightly surly staff who seem to take an incredible amount of take-away orders – you are on to an absolute winner here. That said, and the reason for my...More

We went with some family members to this restaurant in June and had a very good meal. The standard was excellent. Now onto this meal....last week: I do think that they try a little too hard to encourage extra dishes to order. Also, one of...More

I should by start by saying which restaurant is featured on the cover photo? This was certainly not the restaurant we visited. When we walked in both members of staff were on the phone - but we were quickly shown to our table. Then the...More

Visited here following a search on TripAdvisor. Never tastes Nepalese cooking before. All the plusses of Indian food with none of the usual fat and oil. Light, delicious, fragrant and beautifully presented. From poppadoms, to prawn and paneer appetisers to monk fish and chicken mains,...More

Always been a lover of spicy tasty curries but after trying many local restaurants all dishes appear to taste the same, not so at Gurkha Weybridge. This was our first visit, the food was excellent, we ordered four different dishes, every dish had its own...More

Having been to another Gurkha restaurant, we thought as we were staying in the area we would give it a go. We booked, were seated and ordered food and drinks together. After 10 minutes the drinks still had not arrived, so had to ask again....More

Yes, there is limited street parking in front and on the nearby side streets, but a large car park is just a 3-5 minute walk away behind the old church.

If you are anywhere near Weybridge by car or train, this gem of a restaurant must be visited. There is a good range of authentic Nepalese cuisine to satisfy all palates, and (a major plus point) what must be the best and widest vegetarian choices for many miles around - I'm lucky enough to live nearby! Their phone number is 01932 848480 / 848435
