We had a light lunch - two of us shared a sandwich (would have been HUGE for one) and some very nice fruit cake. Extra plates were very willingly provided and the bill was very modest.

A quick lunch with coffee and cake. Clean, good food, excellent service - what more to ask for? I also liked the collection of clocks. Good luck to the proprietor and keep on doing what you do so well. Pity Ross-on Wye is a bit of a let-down,

Had the pleasure of stopping at this coffee shop for a hot chocolate and a flapjack. I would recommend stopping here as food is great. Staff are very friendly too.

Whilst visiting Ross On Wye we visited Pots And Pieces for tea/coffee and very nice sandwiches and it was so nice we followed with some lovely cake. We would recommend this tea shop for its quality and service and if in the area give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Lovely for tea, coffee or lunch. Very friendly and good food. We noticed they happily made an effort to sit people together by moving tables etc There are pieces displayed to view or buy which make it interesting too

Stopped off for a coffee and cake while having a wander around Ross-on-Wye. The thing that stands out is the incredibly friendly team and the warm welcome they gave us. It's a quirky little place with plenty of homemade cakes to choose from, and the staff make you feel right at home.

We came here for lunch Sat Jan 28th 2017. There`s plenty to look around at while eating and drinking due to the establishment also being an attractive gift shop too. Service was warm and friendly, particularly from the younger staff. Wasn`t especially rapid, but that was fine as it is a place that is nice simply to be in. I... More

I chose to go in because of the lovely looking cakes displayed in the window. The home made soup was delicious and the cappuccino was very good (with a sprinkle of chocolate powder in the shape of 2017, what a nice touch). I was served very efficiently. My first visit but certainly not my last!
