Coffee always great and the occasional lunch (soup, wraps and toasties - all fab) Lovely staff, good sized café area with some comfy seats especially the ones in the windows where you can sit and watch the world go by!

Coffee and a scone was good but we were appalled to see a dog allowed in. We were already seated and dining otherwise we would not have stayed!! The couple with the dog allowed it to put its paws on the table and fed it titbits of their food too! This should not be allowed!!! The staff are not on... More

I prefer this coffee house to any other in St Anne's though it is a bit pricey. The buns though are always stale and I had to send mine back as it was too far gone but they exchanged it with a smile. The tables could do with a bit of a wipe as they always feel sticky but its... More

Went into Caffe Nero in St Annes for the first time. Nice and spacious with comfortable chairs. Not cheap but I liked the coffee and we also had a lovely piece of chocolate cake with cream. I thought the girl behind the counter was nice and friendly and smiley - not always found in coffee shops. I would go back... More

Visited yesterday with a friend, I had an Americano and she enjoyed a Mocha. There was a queue which proved how popular Cafe Nero St Annes was yet we didn't have to wait long. Great Customer Service, well located would highly recommend! Plus the coffee is good quality - worth trying for yourself :)

Fairly standard chain coffee shop. Staff pleasant and efficient but this place lacks ambience. Quite cold and uncomfortable.

My friend and I stopped here for a drink or the way home from Blackpool, we should have kept driving, my friend had a coffee which was watery and tasteless, I had a bottle of water and the glass I was given to drink it from was absolutely Filthy! I took it back to exchange and was given a fresh... More
