Upon finishing a meal, the customer who would like to transfer their balance to their room would request this, this provide the room name and guest booking name. The reciept would be printed and the customer would then sign. This signiture is matched to the one we take upon check-in. In your case, the other customer mistook their room number and we mistakenly added their food to your bill. However, we always present all the receipts upon check-out and having seen the error, we transferred this to their room. The other customer admitted their mistkae and apologized however we should have seen the fault earlier too. All in all, no harm done. Thanks, Matt E - GM
