Tasty fish and chips! Lovely table, seated in the window and despite the poor weather, still great. Good, polite service.

Food was excellent as was the service. Reason for downgrading - music was drowning out our conversation which was off putting.

Great location, peaceful spot with magic views. Breakfast was excellent. Service very good. Definitely a favourite spot for any occasion.

Finally managed to get this group of friends to The Haven for lunch - previous visits to Lymington I'd not booked soon enough. This time I managed to double book but this was soon sorted after a friendly call from the manager. It was well...worth the wait and it was decided this is a must for every visit in future. Excellent choice of first class seafood - best scallops ever was declared by all who had those. Great service, friendly staff and a fantastic view on a cold but sunny day. It was so good that those in the party still here on Monday - went back again!More

Sunday lunch for a late birthday celebration. It was a cold, grey, wet day - outside - but inside the staff are wonderfully cheery, the food outstanding and the ambience attractive. All of us had the Roast Beef Sunday Lunch and it was absolutely delicious...in every respect. I rarely order beef out these days, having been too often really disappointed. But The Haven's Sunday Roast is something else! The meat is tender and beautifully cooked. The Yorkshire Puddings melt in your mouth. Delicious roast potatoes, vegetables and really tasty gravy. Faultless! Amazing! This is definitely THE place for Sunday Lunch in Lymington. Thank you to the Chefs and the Wait staff.More

What a lovely restaurant! Fabulous views of the marina and the sea. The Isle of Wight just across the water looked so inviting. The food was extremely good, the best mushroom risotto I've ever had. The staff were young and incredibly polite and friendly 10/10!...And all extremely good value for the very high quality. Loved it!More

Been loads of times & always amazing. Unfortunately last visit the Hake was salty & the Curry was seriously chilli hot. My wife managed it but I tried a teaspoon sized amount of the sauce & it blew my head off! Staff excellent as usual....A mere blip I am sure.More

It was our second visit to this restaurant and it was the highlight of our trip to lymington. My other half loved his start of black pudding croquettes. I wasn’t overly loving the sauce on the mussels, it was a little bit bland, but the...cooking on the mussels was delightful. Wouldn’t stop me from ordering again. Both of us had the whole sea bass for our main and it was delicious! Plus I think that the chips are some of the best I’ve ever had!! Perfect. I also loved the dessert of Affogato, but the sprinkled biscotti made the end of the experience a bit grainy. Would have loved the biscuit on the side. We had a wonderful bottle of Albariño. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and I can’t wait to return with my family in the new year :) highly recommend.More

Great for groups!! - Helen and her team were brilliant, good comms and very helpful facilitate dinner for a group of 16 sailors. The venue has good ambience and generally a great venue.

Fantastic experience for a family birthday meal. Staff were brilliant, food excellent and atmosphere topped it all off. Thank you, can't wait to visit you again
