Booked in advance due to Covid and popularity. Lovely corner table for 6 adults and room for the dog to sit too. The Blackboard rib of beef was generous and the Berkshire Pork too. Large Yorkshire puds and good selection of vegetables. Happy to recommend...More

Booked prior to attending due to popularity. Met with very friendly staff and full Covid preparations in flow. Food was fantastic! Scotch egg to start followed by fish and a desert, family had similar. Could not fault the service or the food. Will go back...More

Been a few times prior to Covid and since. The rib of beef on the blackboard is worth it. Very tasty. The service is friendly and social distance in place. Lovely setting, even just for a drink.

Sunday lunch at the Dukes head is well worth a visit,first time having Mutton it was melt in the mouth delicious.. Lamb is so last year!! All round a great place for dining Hats off to all the staff
