Came in for lunch but it was too loud and busy at 12.30pm, so went to another quieter cafe nearby and popped back here a few hours later as we wanted to try. Ordered teas and cake, impressed by the vegan selection and the staff...were lovely. The tea was fine but the cakes (both of them) were so dry. I had the coffee cake and it felt dry tasted stale. Can’t remember ever leaving cake, but I only had a couple of forkfuls. I hate waste, but stale cake is just a big no from me I’m afraid.More

Absolutely amazing place. So much choice of gluten free and vegan meals. Anything on the menu can be made g/f. The cakes are incredible and mostly g/f, coffee and teas and special healthy drinks are all available but most of all the staff are happy,...attentive and more than happy to help. We always come back when in Loughborough. We'll done guys.More

Really varied menu catering for everyone, amazing blue pea latte which was a new experience and delicious :). Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere!

Great breakfast. Good coffee too. Cinnamon buns well no words. Needs trying to believe how good they are.

A regular brunch and lunch cafe for me and my daughter (4yrs old). Good selection of quality food, particularly good for those with veggie or vegan preferences. Apart from excellent service and products, as a coeliac, I feel that The Baobab is where I feel truly SAFE when outside home. They also have one of the uk ‘s best range of delicious GF cake!

Baobab is a great place to visit. I met a friend who wanted to bring her dog. They are so welcoming to dogs and the food was wonderful. We felt so relaxed and the team were incredibly friendly and helpful. We are definitely going to...visit again soon. Can’t fault anything about the place. Just brilliant 🤩.More

We had a delicious and reasonably priced lunch here. Lots of choice, including loads of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. Great to be able to find gluten-free food that isn't meat-based. Had some of the best gluten-free cake I've ever had, really light and moist....The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Baobab Café!More

This was a real find. We wanted to eat in Loughborough after going to NT Stoneywell and this place had good reviews. It absolutely lived up to them. The food was really good, fresh, tasty and nicely cooked. There were five of us and 5...lunches, 8 drinks and 3 desserts cost under £60 which was excellent. The staff were on the ball and friendly. The only downside is it’s not massive so was not so easy to get a table for 5, but got one after about ten mins. Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend.More
