Four of us went to The Bells of Peover recently, we were using the Hi life Diner's club offer 2 for 1. The Bells of Peover only accept Platinum members so we expected a high standard of service and food but were disappointed The food wasn't to the standard I would expected for the menu price Starters, Potato Gnocchi was... Popped in for a quick drink after a bike ride from our home, a short distance away. We had visited a couple of years ago with a group of friends and weren't made to feel welcome but thought we'd give it another try. Sadly, the same happened again. The lady who appeared to be in charge just glared at me... More

Visited The Bells of Peover for a family birthday celebration between Christmas and New Year. There were 10 of us ranging in age from 3 to 93. Service was excellent and we were very well looked after. Everyone enjoyed their choices. A finishing touch which was a surprise was on ordering my sweet (apple and pear crumble) it came with... Everyone enjoyed the freshly prepared food. Ingredients were perfectly matched! I had soup to start and a huge portion of fish and chips for main! Great timely service with a smile.... relaxed but classic environment. Defiantly worth a visit !! Or more than one ....

Went here as a family party of 8 on Boxing Day. First time my husband son and myself had visited as booking was left to another party member. We found the place quaint and different on entering although thought it would benefit with a decor facelift. However the food served to us was amazing. Service was of the best. Slight... More

Good value pint and quick lunch after a long winter walk. The food has previously been hit and miss over the years. The new chef and a number of staff from what was the old Knutsford wine bar have joined forces and really raised the steaks. Plan on visiting again soon with family. Very good.

we had not booked a table as I wrongly thought most people would have had enough of eating out and everywhere would be quiet . 3 of us arrived at 1.30 pm and the staff were so accommodating and found us a table beautifully appointed in the room up the three steps . For starters one had the pasta and... More
