Absolutely disgusting food and very very rude staff. I would not recommend this place at all and would never eat here again. No hygiene at all I found a hair in my food and even found a dead spider and they refused to give a...refund or compensation.More

Great food! Kebabs come with rice, salad and bread! Not your usual meat and pitta! It was beautiful food! We also had cake - it was amazing!! Great customer service 👏 Thank you guys, will be back 👍

Fantastic! Delicious fresh food, generous portions, piping hot! This takeaway never disappoints. I have the lamb shish that comes with rice, salad and Turkish bread. You can choose what goes in your salad which is a nice touch. If you want a really good meal...I can absolutely recommend this place. The staff are lovely and the food even arrives on time! Ordered on line at 19:00, food due at 20:10, phoned at 20:20 to ask where delivery was, told it was on its way, delivery arrives at 20:48, Luke warm, missing items, phone restaurant to be told they will ensure it’s resolved on the next order....Never ordering from this place again, not the first time this has happened but foolishly gave them the benefit of doubt and tried again.More

Have ordered from garden grill for takeaways a few (maybe too many) times over the past couple years, I use just eat for this but they do have an app, I just prefer just eat in case I encounter a problem, goes for any takeaway...I order! My go to order is the chicken shish - The Turkish bread is always really tasty, The dips compliment and the chilli sauce is hot! I love the salad boxes, I’m always digging out the red onion in the base to use to make my own Turkish bread and chicken salad wraps! Recently we tried one of their sharing platters for 4 of us, it was very good value, and it fed 4 hungry adults! The selection of different meat was a nice change to my usual chicken shish! The chicken doner meat was succulent (Worked great with my DIY chicken salad wrap!), the ribs were insane and the wings a real tasty side! Looking forward to my next garden grill fix! :)More

Order was wrong, staff were extremely rude when we asked for replacement, told us we would be banned from ordering if we left a bad review- wouldn’t be ordering again anyway after how we were spoken to

A regular customer who had an issue with an order. Initially asked what I would want…obviously the right order but then not trusted and they asked for the food back - maybe to give to the next customer. I have been to this takeaway many...times and the food is good but the customer service is appalling - when the food came again they gave it incomplete which I called about and they said they had run out. No apology and the lady on the phone has lost another customer. NEVER AGAIN.More

4th delivery in about 2 weeks… should’ve given up after the 3rd… but the food is good! Get an order, tick off the items & put in the bag! Surely it’s not that difficult! This time… 2 main courses without 2 salads! 1 requested without...rice… yes, came with rice! Enough is enough. Called everytime in the past & missing items were all delivered promptly… that’s not the point! This time.. the 4th, called & told them of their error but clearly stated I did not wish for them to rectify, as they’ve had enough chances in the past….. this is from a takeaway & their currently successful restaurant that they wish to expand further!!! Food is good, although not once delivered correctly! Delivery guys good. Things delivered accurately…the worst I’ve ever known! Take note of my picture… ribs with no rice!More

We waited 2 hours for our food to be delivered, even though we was told an hour? We was also told multiple times that the delivery would be “1 min” we called the restaurant 4 times to have the same conversation with different staff members...who were all extremely rude!! - “not our problem” was used on the last conversation! Which was shocking! - the food arrived cold, and after finally talking to the manager we got the food for free, which makes business sense seeing as it would have been sent back otherwise! But even that was a struggle!!- the food was ok reheated, but the staff and the driver were extremely rude and left a very bad taste in all our mouths…. To the manager: you need to put all the people who are representing your company through some form of customer service training - with the attitude they currently have, you will 100% not see the business grow the way it should, as the food you provide is usually at a very high standard!….More

I called and made an order for delivery at 8.40pm and was told delivery would be 10.11 I called and asked if I could pick up and was told yes at 10, which I said ok deliver then, 10.30 pm Im still waiting....... can't get...hold of garden grill so I phoned Ermains and spoke to he most RUDE staff who said not their problem, they could offer us 50% discount??????? I replied I'm starving so what are you going to do, their response was to leave us laughing on hold on the phone!! We order from this restaurant a lot in the past but the way we have been treated tonight is disgusting and un professional!! Unfortunately the management could be bothered to talk to us so the waitress decided to leave us on the phone and not bother talking to us laughing in the background!! We will now NEVER order from here again and I will be calling tomorrow for a full refund AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!! If the management read this review and have the decency and take the time to contact or reply to this review I would be very grateful as a long serving customer!! Lets wait and see................More
