Came here in December for my first visit. This restaurant has a lovely, cosy atmosphere & is very friendly and accommodating for all occasions. The food was great quality and came out in a timely manner. Staff were helpful and friendly also. I opted for the king prawns to start, and sirloin steak in a peppercorn sauce for mains.

Small bar area, but drinks served in nice glasses. Menu is varied serving steaks seafood and a few favourites. Tables have linen tablecloths and napkins. But presentation is dated... More

We were looking for somewhere to eat on a Friday night without a reservation. Big mistake. Fortunately we ended up here and they were kind enough to squeeze us in before the next booking arrived. Special occasion booked for my mothers birthday and what can I say, fantastic host of a manager, very attentive and hospitable. The food was absolutely amazing, best food I have tasted in a long time! Even though we had an issue with time at the start, after speaking to the manager regarding this he soon sorted out and the hospitality... More

Ate at this place for the first time in September by randomly picking somewhere. It was absolutely amazing! I had the chicken surprise- chicken breast stuffed with prawns, cheese and herb sauce with boiled potatoes and veg. my boyfriend had the steak with peppercorn sauce, boiled potatoes and veg. It sounded like we chose basic meals so didn't expect too... More
