The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful but it was very expensive. The food was good and well presented in a speedy manner but was no better than any other nice chip shop but just double the price.

We a party of 5 visited the takeaway section of Harry Ramsden in Great Yarmouth. The food was excellent the fish was fried fresh whilst we waited and the chips were not greasy with plenty of choice of menu and side orders all served in boxes to take away. Prices were reasonable on a par with your average chip shop.... More

Myself and my partner visited Harry Ramsden's on Saturday 20th May, after a fantastic fish and chips in Bournemouth Harry Ramsden's we were hoping for a similar experience. However we were quite disappointed with our visit, when we arrived (very hungry after a long day) we asked to sit upstairs and were told we couldn't as upstairs was closed so... More

Stopped in for lunch after a trip to Sealife centre for my birthday with my husband and our baby daughter. Lovely view out on to the beach, really light and clean restaurant, and the service was quick and friendly. The chips were amazing too! Will definitely return.

We visited as my partner wanted a stressless experience.. it couldn't have been worse to be frank. The Harry Ramsden's name pulled us in hook, line and sinker but we left with a sour taste - which is unfortunate because the new restaurant in Blackpool is fantastic. This place is run by loud teenagers who are jostling in the kitchen... More

Had an amazing visit to Harry Ramsdens's, the chicken skewers are fantastic and my husbands triple burger looked spectacular, the meals for our 3 children were brilliant, really big portions cooked to perfection, they all had cookies and ice cream for dessert which was only £1! My husband and I shared a rocky road sundae made by Alice which was... More

I had chicken skewers and chips followed by a chocolate brownie all of which were delicious and quick to come out. The waitress (Teddy) that served me was extremely busy but still managed to provide great customer service, would recommend.

Description
Harry Ramsden's serve the same great quality fish and chips today that they have been since 1928. The brand was established 80 years ago, when Harry Ramsden opened his first takeaway store in a hut in Guiseley. His top-quality fish and chips brought people from near and far and it wasn't long before Harry's became the most famous fish and chip shop brand in the world. The fish is freshly prepared in Harry's kitchens daily and has that distinctive flavour revered the world over. The menu includes the world-famous battered fish with its closely guarded secret recipe, as well as an extensive choice of mouth-watering options and a fantastic children's menu, to satisfy all the family. There are 13 Harry's restaurants across the United Kingdom, from seaside locations such as Blackpool and Bournemouth to high street restaurants and Southampton city centres, so you're never far from a Harry's.
