Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A very welcoming place and dog friendly, with their own menu. My dog had a chicken and turkey casserole, which he thoroughly enjoyed, followed by a puppaccino. reasonably priced too. Seating outside too for the better weather.

This is such a lovely cafe and serve the best toasties I’ve had. Went back three times for lunch. Had a cream tea and also went for breakfast. Couldn’t fault anything. It’s a family run cafe and they are lovely. They do have trouble with...the WiFi in the area, so it’s mostly cash. I will definitely be returning if in the area.More

Visited Tastebuds for lunch one day whilst on holiday, having seen it throughout the week and thinking it looked nice. The customer service was brilliant and the staff were all really friendly. They had some vegan options on the menu, but the staff were also...more than happy to accommodate some slight adjustments to suit. The prices and portions were generous - we ordered paninis which came with salad, crisps and coleslaw. We also had lattés which were lovely. The additional outdoor seating area was lovely on a summer’s day too, and the canopy was greatly appreciated when it began to spit with rain. Lovely family-feel tearoom with several vegetarian and vegan options in addition to the standard options. Thank you!More

This is a great little place with great service and good quality food. We ate there twice, a cream tea which was lovely and a fried breakfast and tuna melt. The cream tea was beautiful, lovely presentation with really great service. The portions were generous...and great quality. We don't have one complaint and would definitely recommend to anyone. Dog friendly with inside and outside seating.More

This gorgeous tea room has lots for the eyes as well as the tummy!! Lots of drink variety with lovely selection of cakes. Had flat white served with cute little chocolate chip shortbread on the side. Open up to October and open again in April,...located right next to California Cliffs Park so definitely worth a stop.More

Stopped for a hot drink but ended up with cake as well after looking at the display. Perfect drinks and cakes. Lovely staff (owners I think). It would be easy to miss this place if you’re in the area - don’t!

Lovely quaint little tearoom. Nice, well cooked food. Very friendly and helpful staff. I ordered a vegan milkshake, which was delicious and the lady making it, came over to check it was ok and had enough flavour in it.
