I think the best judgement of a place is would you go back, and this is a yes ! Food was ok while not brilliant, although the restaurant has a good reputation for food normally. Staff were friendly and excellent even when we got a...More

We had a family party at Friends Bistro in the evening and I cannot compliment Jenny and her team enough. As we had a party of 16 we were not charged for the room and had the run of the whole restaurant, this was fantastic...More

I visit Great Yarmouth constantly as I have family there and for a excellent home cooked meal this restaurant is the tops. You can have a light meal and a good substantial hearty meal and both are mouth watering, the Steak & Kidney Pudding is...More

I visit here on a regular basis for lunch. It can get busy but the food and service have always been really good. My favourite is the sausage and onion baguette, just mmm. Downstairs can be draughty but that doesn't bother me.

Great place to go for lunch but also not cheap. You are looking at 30 to 50 pounds for lunch for four of you with drinks. Nice ambience but make sure you upstairs otherwise can be cold and noisy.
