Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great food! Wonderful atmosphere! Me and my boyfriend went here after being disappointed with another local coffee shop but Kelly's was quick to improve our mood. We ordered our food and drinks easily and the table service was so quick. Staff were lovely and it...was so nice to see a cafe with a disabled / gender-neutral toilet! Will definitely be going there again! Btw the Ultimate Hot Chocolate was amazing and apparently the 'brie to bread ratio' on the Bacon and Brie Baguette was 10/10 (according to my boyfriend)More

Stopped for a coffee and bacon roll. I'd almost finished my drink by the time my food arrived - over 15 mins wait for drink and over half hour wait for one bacon roll. The food was good just a shame there was such a...long wait 😞More

Normally have lasagne here , which is always really good at £9.99. This timI sat in the garden for a ham salad, which ended up bring lassgne because they were out of ham. The food here is plain but good, with prices to match. It...is a clean and pleasant place to be. Food is prepared specially to order and is produced and served by a really lovely team. Sitting in a shady spot in the garden eating my lasagne was a great way to spend a late lunch. Excellent place, then: a model of what such an eatery should aspire to be.More

Baguette and sandwiches were really poor value, cheese was grated and hardly and filling. Considering subway is next door I wish I had gone there

Visited Kelly's kitchen whilst on holiday in Bournemouth. Place seemed ok from the outside. We ordered jacket potato with beans for my other half and sausage eggs chips and beans for myself , along with pot of tea for two. The tea arrived at least...20 minutes before the food, strange as there was only one other customer in the whole place. The jacket potato was almost cold and my chips were not fully cooked and hard inside. We told the staff these issues and they seemed uninterested . I said that I wanted the food to be hot and cooked properly, and the food was taken away and arrived reheated and dried up. I complained again and after a lengthy conversation with the person in charge eventually received a refund in full. I would NOT recommend this establishment.More

Positioned in the High Street, Kelly's Kitchen is an absolutely must-visit for breakfasts. The place itself is an attractive , large diner style venue .... clean, very well maintained, airy and bright. The staff are excellent in every way. It is a very well run,...professional place with very good sineage for allergies and attractive well maintained toilets. The is also a sun garden where you can eat if you prefer. Iv'e left the best till last ... The breakfasts are unbelieveable. They currently had a promotion on set breakfasts at c. 50% off (8am - 11am I believe) So, imagine this ... 2 rashers of bacon, 2 sausages, hash browns, mushrooms, beans, tomato, and either toast or fried bread ... and all for £4 and a bit. Amazing. The catch? You have to order a drink .... as if you wouldn't. You'd also expect corners to be cut on quality ... but no corners were cut at all. All the food on my plate was of the highest quality, cooked perfectly, presented well and served by a fantastic waitress in black and white corporate colours. What more can I say but thank you and if you are lucky enough to live nearby, why on earth would you shop, cook and then wash up? Search me...More

My friends had a breakfast that they said was just ok . For me my friend selected a Chocolate covered, cranberry and raspberry Tiffin ( that was all it said on the ticket ) I bit into it and immediately tasted walnuts which I am...allergic to. Luckily I did not eat any of them.. I spoke to the staff who quite frankly were quite indifferent ,to say that if they can put chocolate cranberry and raspberry on the ticket, they could easily have added, contains walnuts. For me this time it was okay, but for anybody else with a nut allergy or a child, it could have been worse.More

Went for lunch, went for the Tuna Mayo Panini, it was decent. Here is a place you can expect good value food at a not too bad price, don't expect anything special. Place it your expectations somewhere in the realm of a school cafeteria and...you'd be nicely surprised. The place could do with a clean, a more inspiring menu of interesting choices and maybe a bit of a cheap redecorate, lick of paint, bit of character. At the moment it feels like its lacking this. It is however good value price for the most part, my review would be very different if it was more expensive but for the price it'll get you some good hangover food! Staff were pleasant on our visit, no complaints with service.More

I have Full English Breakfast and mother had Ham and cheese toastie which chips on side , Full English, Beans stone cold , Sausages pre cooked and also stone cold , bacon and toast like rubber . Mum’s Toastie was also like rubber and seems...like food had been left in kitchen for ages before being sent out by waitress . We mentioned that this was all cold before leaving and lady behind counted did not even apologise and started that we should of told someone which I find embarrassing especially in a busy cafe . Poor service and will definitely not be visiting this cafe again which l have never experienced before when visiting.More

We waited a long time for our food, but thankfully were pre-warned by the staff, who were pretty friendly. The food itself was perfectly fine, hot and tasty but it was only chips, can't really go far wrong... it could be so much better though!...The atmosphere was a bit "transport caff", more vegetables and healthy options would have been appreciated. They had run out of jacket potatoes, and it was only 2pm on a Monday.More
