Another great meal with family. Attentive service, great portion sizes, nicely cooked and with garlic free pate for the beef welligton made on pre ordered request. Nice atmosphere. Will be back in 2022.

What an absolutely outstanding restaurant.. Just had a family dinner here, the food was absolutely sensational, incredibly well presented, great portion sizes and delicious. Service was fantastic and friendly too. kids menu was brilliant too with a top quality burger and beautiful fish gujons for...our children.. In a sea of average places to eat in this area this is an absolute gem. We will be recommending scott's to our guests.More

Ate here twice during our holiday. Couldn't fault the food or service. Greeted warmly by Prasad who always remarks on my campervan, he even knows it's me when I phone to book.

We had supper at Scotts when we stayed at HPB Tigh Mor for a week. We have previously eaten at Scotts before. The food is just superbly cooked by Mark and his team and is served by Prasad. The surroundings are relaxed and smart and...conducive to a wonderful evening. We ate there trhree times and enjoyed every meal!More

I picked up on Scott’s Bistro from Tripadvisorsr reviews. It’s not somewhere you drive past, but absolutely worth the trip. Friendly welcome in a charming informal setting. Front of house were excellent in their advice and back of house clearly very accomplished too. Wonderful food,...locally sourced and beautifully presented. What else would you need to cheer you up on a very damp day.More

A very popular place and booking in advance is a must. Had an excellent meal, the starters were very tasty, tomato and red pepper soup (delicious) and the terrine was very tasty. We both decided on the lamb shank, this was an excellent choice. Delicious...and quite a bit to eat so make sure you're hungry. Service was excellent, just enough attention without being obtrusive. If back in the area will definitely visit again.More

It was a quiet evening, we were told, only about 35 covers rather than the 50+ as per usual. That being said the staff were attentive, chatty and very good. Food was excellent, perhaps the venison was a little much like an average stew but...the lamb and duck was terrific. Puddings were well presented abd very moreish. Over all a wonderful meal out in a great setting.More

First a huge shout out to Scott and staff for having the patience to deal with two Americans who were pitifully lost and late for our reservation. The dining experience at Scott’s Bistro was fantastic. Scott and his staff were extremely professional, ever ready to...take care of any need. My husband ordered a beautiful lamb dish and it was beautifully presented, tasty, and more than enough portion wise. I ordered the local trout and it was hands down cooked to perfection, with the perfect brothy sauce and caper combo. The idyllic location is out of this world and should be factored into the whole experience. Our reservations were at 5pm and as we sat we could see the sunset over the mountains. Well done Scott and Team!More

The menu has lovely Scottish twists to it such as the addition of haggis to a starter, and the produce is locally sourced such as the trout. I'm sure if you contact the very friendly owner (have forgotten his name), he will... More
