We visited here last year and it was lovely but was so disappointed when we returned today to find it gone! The hotel building has been sold and no signs of reopening. Would love to know if they open up anywhere else.

What a find, quaint, good old fashioned service from friendly staff. Lovely garden, just felt right and the cream tea? Delicious! Scones were light and fluffy with clotted cream and strawberry jam, what could be finer.

This is tucked away on Brockenhurst high street. It has lovely mismatched furniture and china and a great place on a sunny afternoon for tea and cake.
