We visited specifically for the royal afternoon tea and it certainly delivered. We luckily got a table straight away. Not super easy to get a table as it is quite popular and not a huge room. However totally worth the wait if you had to....More

My husband and I returned to Rosie Leas today after visiting when we were last here on holiday about 16months ago. A warm welcome accompanied by an amazing gluten free cream tea! Thank you!!! Shame we live 3+hours away.

It’s worth the drive to get out of Lymington and go to this tea shop restaurant. Amazing food, great choice, friendly service and really popular. It’s got such a great atmosphere and lovely to shop after in their garden centre

A hidden gem! The food was lovely and clearly all homemade, even the fish finger sandwich. Having gluten free cream tea was great - so nice to have what I want rather than choosing from a limited list. Our dogs were happy too. Highly recommended.
