I wonder that you have the temerity to post this. With menu in hand, you ordered a cup of hot water, "as I just like to have that as a drink" you stated. The charge was 50p, (our menu clearly states that there is a...More

Visited this smart cafe in the forest with some cyclists, but unlike some others it really is rather good. Not only is it very clean and smartly furnished, the service is good too! And a cup of tea is definitely less than £3 !

When we visited there were a lot of cyclists in and the service was very slow, unacceptably slow. This wouldn’t have been as big an issue if the food had been better but it felt like everything had come straight from a supermarket rather than...More

Popped in here for lunch. Spiced parsnip and apple soup was amazing. Clearly homemade but so tasty. Cheeky of me but I asked for an extra half bowl more as it was so so good. Definitely worth popping in. Nice friendly staff.

We were walking in the New Forest and stopped here for lunch. Lovely people, lovely atmosphere, lovely menu. And probably the best leek and parmesan quiche I've ever eaten. Not a soggy bottom in sight!

Nothing special, but no complaints either other than it would be nice to have a proper tea cup rather than the thick 'peaberry coffee' cup provided. Attention to detail is what they need.
