We ordered spring rolls they were awful like something from the frozen section in Asda! Mini spring rolls with no flavour and no filling! My lemon chicken had no sauce?! It was dry fried chicken no flavour or sauce!! I did read the reviews before...I ordered and thought surely it can’t be that bad if I order simply those things 😬 however it wasn’t good!More
Never got to try the food! Waited an hour for a delivery and was then informed that they couldn’t deliver. So very disappointing and embarrassing as we had ordered a meal to thank our in laws for having us!
Food is very reasonably priced and is really tasty. The lady that takes the orders is so lovely and helpful and a real asset
Ruined the last night of a lovely week away. Why be on JUST EAT if you cancel the order and say you have no drivers to deliver- we are 2 miles down the road?!?!
My son was visiting for a few days and as we had fed and watered him, he kindly decided to treat us to a takeaway via JustEat last Saturday. The only Chinese place available was this one and in typical style my son went overboard...with his ordering. We waited expectantly and we eagerly unpacked our order (45 minutes late). We were so disappointed, everything tasted as if it had been cooked days before and simply had sauces added. The Chicken Satay kebabs tasted not of satay but chinese curry and were tough as old boots. The BBQ Spare ribs didn't taste of any BBQ sauce I have ever tasted and again were so tough as to be virtually uneatable. All the meat with the exception of the Chicken Balls and Duck fely old stale and tough. I wanted to complain but my Son said not to, so I am leaving this review instead. Very, very unsatisfactory.More
Ordered the shrimp and a beef chowmein, they were dry also had no veg, it was just meat and noodles. The shrimp did not smell good. There was no egg in the egg fried rice and the mixed stared was super greasy, ribs were tough...and inedable. The chips. Were dry.More
Good location, Nice staff, friendly and helpful. Food was good, and a lot of different choices. Not expensive.
my brother just moved to biddeford been out for the day and was recommended this restaurant on walking in thought oops mistake as very basic but saw past this when waitress greated us very friendly and all smiles. food we ordered a selection of this...to share everything went food was excellently cooked piping hot and extremely tasty and very reasonably priced after paying over £90 the night before at another restaurant and leaving and uneatable meal I wish we had come here for better food and a lot more at half the price . so look past the small dining area and sit down if you can get a table and enjoy the best chinese i have eaten and i have tried alot in my years. thank you paramount.More
Wasn't the best as it lacked flavour so wouldn't recommend the salt and spiced chicken and spring rolls tasted weird. Delivery turned up before expected which is good.
After a long day visiting Lundy Island we fancied some Chinese food before heading back to our Woolacombe base for the week. We found the Paramount near to the Quay and enjoyed lovely food, with prompt and friendly service at a very reasonable price. Would...definitely revisit if back in the area.More
Decided to pop in on a whim on the way home one night. Brilliant takeaway food, it was piping hot and really tasty, and great value for money too. Will definitely return.
We were the only guests whilst we were there, so the food and service and were good and quick. However the food was ok, not too hot and portion sizes adequate but nothing to shout about. Would i return .... i think i'll try somewhere...else.More
We had intended to eat at Tintin over the road, not realising that they only do takeaway. Fortunately we were directed to the restaurant at Paramount. Very unassuming from the outside, and not especially inviting but we ventured in. The food was excellent with prompt,...friendly and helpful service. They were also busily taking takeaway orders. Latecomers were turned away because the small restaurant was fully booked. Recommend a visit.More
Possibly one of the best Chinese meals I've had the pleasure to taste. If I'm down in this part of the country again I'll be back.
