We went for lunch after seeing the sign last time we were in the area. Wonderful lunch, drinks and service. We were too full for a pudding. Alas couldn't resist the home made bread and butter pudding which was kindly packed up for us to...take home. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.More

A warm friendly welcome, followed by delicious food and chilled drinks. My husband had the posh fish finger sandwich and I devoured the homemade lamb and mint pie. The staff were very friendly and made me and my husband along with our little yorkie feel...very at home. It was a lovely dining experience at this beautiful little village pub.More

Highly recommend this county Inn, great hosts Gary and Tracy, spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet village setting, only about 8 miles from the East cost. We had a very tasty evening meal and a few hand pulled beers. Great nights sleep, and a...super breakfast, quality bacon sausage and black pudding, you pick what items you want on your breakfast, orange juice fresh coffee and toast. A great place to stay.More

Hi helenh567 Thank you for leaving us a review. You are more than welcome to call anytime. Kind Regards Gary, Tracy & The St Quintin Arms Team
We enjoyed a superb lunch today. Prawn curry off the "specials" board & gammon, egg (2) & chips. This pub serves traditional pub food, but top quality & excellent presentation. The menu is varied & there is something for everyone. The Landlord & Landlady are...friendly, professional & helpful. It's a good idea to book or at least ring beforehand. We did, as we had a dog with us & we wanted to make sure they could accommodate us. There are rooms to stay over too, but these aren't dog friendly, but wouldn't stop us from returning for both food & an overnight stay. Highly recommended.More

We stopped in today for lunch, we have passed the sign on our way to our holiday home but never turned off, really glad we did today. We had our dog with us, happy to say he was invited in with us which is really...handy. Lovely landlord served us, the food was fab, and a great price. Great to hear the menu is also seasonal. The beer garden is a highlight, this is a lovely local away from the hustle and bustle, overall we had a lovely visit and can't wait to visit again.More

We stayed here for one night recently, our room was spacious, plenty of wardrobe space, bed very comfy and had a lovely view. Gary who showed us to our room was very friendly and explained the ins and outs of the pub. We had booked...a table for dinner, great selection of choice for all. I had pork schnitzel and hubby had a steak and ale pie, both looked well presented and were very tasty. The dining area and bar were nicely decorated and it felt relaxing. Overall we loved our stay and would def go back again.More
