Wot a great little pub in twelve month this couple have done amazing good 4 dog walkers cyclists anyone the landlord is the nicest man in the world ain’t a bad word to say bout anyone . Even the travellers at Appleby fair great place

Came for drinks and food on a Wednesday night whilst camping in the area. Was that nice. Booked and returned the following night. Must be said, best pub food we've ever had. Cant fault the place. Great hospitality. Great food. Great atmosphere

Very welcoming landlord and fair range of ale. Good solid food as you’d expect for a country pub. Chips a favourite.

when we were there the lady did say it was up for sale so it's possible new owners could be renovating it. really sorry but that's all the input I can give
