Fabulous take away - great choice, freshly cooked

Delicious take away from Shalims this evening. Love the vast choice on the menu - paneer shashlik is a personal favourite, easy to order on line or buy phone. Always delicious and good value

Best Indian Ever!!

The dishes all have their own individual flavors. Well presented, lovely atmosphere, great service and spacious seating. This is our go to when we fancy a truly delightful indian meal. Lots of choice on the menu, so something for everyone.

Amazing food and a lovely evening!

We visited Shalim’s when on a recent visit to Weymouth. We were definitely not disappointed. The food was fresh, tasty and delicious. The service was brilliant. There was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and we had a wonderful evening. After the meal we realised...we have never been for a curry and literally finished everything we ordered. The Best

Small portions

Excellent dining experience

Fabulous Indian restaurant and dining experience. We returned to this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary after coming across it whilst away on holiday last year. Our return visit didn’t disappoint. Beautifully clean restaurant, helpful and extremely friendly staff who were attentive and nothing was too...much trouble. Spot on!

This might sound strange but we came because of the comedic replies to the negative reviews, thinking that if it wasn’t much cop we could get roasted in the replies too, but I have nothing bad to say! Parked opposite the front door, got great...service from the moment we walked in till the second we left, the food was top notch, tasty, piping hot, with perfect portion sizes, the price was less than expected and the restaurant was clean, tidy, and very very nice! All in all a top evening and if we are ever back in the area we will be going again for sure!More

Overall a nice curry, lovely decor, all staff were lovely

We booked about an hour before we went and we were greeted by very friendly, smartly dressed staff. The decor is lovely, it is a touch on the dark side so some may struggle to read the menu. When the food came it all looked...lovely. I wouldn’t say it’s the best tasting curry I’ve had but it’s certainly not a bad one either, just lacking a bit of flavour. Excellent Indian Restaurant

Following a recommendation by our son, who visited Shalim's a week or so ago, we decided to have an early dinner there on Wednesday (20th September) .The recommendation proved to be well made. Excellent food, outstanding service and very good value for money. My wife...said that her main course Chicken tikka was the best she had ever tasted and my Tandoori Mixed Grill was superb. We will definitely return to Shalim's when we are next in Weymouth. Thank you for a great dining experience.More

Fantastic Find

Great place to eat

My wife and I have been coming to Shalims Balti House for years now, to be honest it never gets old, the staff are great and always make you feel as if they’re genuinely happy to see you, the food is great, I’ve been going...to Indian restaurants since I was in my teens and the Gunpowder Chicken has to be in my top 3 favourite dishes, as I’m now 66 that’s a big recommendation. You must visit ‘cos you WILL enjoy it!!!!More
