    Just great!

    Very nice place, friendly, happy staff, great homemade soup. Excellent coffee and dog friendly!What more could you want?

    Great food

    Was advised by my hairdresser that this was a good place to eat and it certainly didn't disappoint. It has a good menu with plenty of choice and we look forward to going there again.

    Delicious!

    Great Devon Cream tea.

    Lovely wee find just off the main Street. Dog friendly and people friendly too. Staff all very helpful and the Devon Cream tea is a must.

    Description
    We are a family run, independent coffee shop in the heart of Barnstaple just off the High Street. Our customers love our coffee and we are proud to keep high barista standards. We prepare and make all our food fresh on the day and all meals are made to order to ensure total freshness. We source local produce where possible, including our bacon, sausages and chicken. We use a local bakery and greengrocers. Try one of our scones (made by us on site) or choose one of our many cake options if you don't feel like a large meal. Driftwood is also well known for its delicious smoothies and milkshakes. We also have fresh fruit and vegetable juices. We have free wifi and off street outdoor seating. Dogs are welcome
