Had an amazing evening. Food was outstanding as was the service. Fehim made us feel welcome from the second we walked in and was very generous with his time and knowledge. If you are in the area then we cannot recommend the restaurant enough!
First time at this restaurant and it lived up to reviews. Food was lovely and authentic as I often visit Turkey . Will definitely return here. Our waiter Gengis was very helpful and friendly. Restaurant itself was very quirky, their are quite a lot of...stairs to climb especially if not seated on first floor for anyone with mobility issues. Looking forward to returning. 👍More
We visited for the first time just before New Year. What a marvellous evening. Quality food in a cosy environment. Great welcome from the staff while we were wonderfully served by the personable and helpful Fehim who is a real asset to the restaurant.
Fehim (waiter) suggested us the lamb chops, and best thing ever. I don’t eat lamb but here it changed my perspective. Great service too! Interacting and very respectful. Absolutely loved it and recommend to anyone!!
My friends and I regularly eat at Akarsu and it never disappoints. My boyfriend and I visited last week and we had a lovely time. The food is always lovely and the servers are fantastic. I’d recommend the white Turkish wine to any wine drinkers,...as well as the raki which adds to the experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful and quaint, with really cool decor. Would highly recommend.More
This is my 3rd time at Akarsu, always delicious and well-served. I’d like to write special thanks to Fehim, usually taking good care of us and recommending the best dishes ever. The mixed grill never fails to fulfill my stomach. Will surely visit again. The...Turkish coffee and turkish tea are a good choice for a perfect mood after a heavy meal. Thanks Fehim.More
