This was our 4th visit to Amaani. Stunning location. Excellent quality food reasonably priced. Always made to feel welcome by the polite knowledgable staff. Love the decor and will be returning soon.

Quality fresh herbs, spices and finest cuts of meat and fish prepared to the highest of standards. Amazing service and ambience set in a remote part of Durham city. Highly recommended.

Birthday lunch - absolutely delicious and such good value, too. Newly revamped, now Indian, restaurant. Attractive, tastefully designed, with friendly staff. Very comprehensive menu, with good “special” lunchtime fare. We’ll definitely return...

The restaurant is advertised as Fine Dining, but in all honesty I didn't feel it lived up to that claim. Food was fine, drinks were expensive and desserts limited. Lamb chops starter was overcooked, main course lamb was a slower cook so was better.
