The food here is bland, amateurish and wholly disappointing... But also hilarious! Olives and bread turned out to be a bowl of black olives and a white bread bun. Need I say more?? The lasagna seemed to only contain large amounts of pasta and tomato sauce, we did pry apart some of the numerous layers of pasta in a thorough... More

My favourite meal ever is the tournedos Rossini from this restaurant. Their cannelloni is a close second. Atmosphere when quiet could be better but still love it.

Not a very inviting entrance or stairway up to the restaurant; tables/chairs very basic furniture; service was acceptable if a bit slow; food, though, was excellent - a pity the rest of the place didn't match up

The restaurant is very simple and up one floor of steep stairs. Please note that if you have a mobility problem this should be borne in mind. The food is the average pseudo-Italian that you find throughout Britain. It was not bad but it was not good either. The sides that you see in the picture that accompanies the above... More

Me and my husband had a lovely meal last night. Recommended by a friend we were really surprised at how nice it was. We shared a starter of garlic bread - large thin crust that was really light on your stomach. My husband got a main of grilled sea bass with spices which came with a side of mixed vegetables... Our first choice for a special meal, we were not disappointed for my birthday celebration. We sat in our favourite window seat, and after a complimentary aperitif, enjoyed the antipasti. What a great plateful - melon, Parma ham, tuna, calamari, mussels, olives, pate, mushrooms, bruschetta, salami, served with salad and toast, all really good. I then enjoyed a fillet steak... More

Lovely atmosphere and superb food. The salmon was fabulous and hubby enjoyed a fillet steak. Excellent choice of wine. Served in a timely fashion by friendly waitress. Will definitely return.
