Love this place fab music, food is beautiful, staff are lovely. always go for drinks here when I am in Durham atmosphere is fab only downside is bar queues but that’s to be expected when it’s busy.
My friend was dragged out of the bar by both arms for trying to use the disabled toilet - she has an issue with her bladder (I don’t know the ins and outs as it’s personal) however yeah, she was dragged out by a male...who wasn’t door staff, and when I asked him what had happened and if he would provide his name, he swore at me and told me to f**k off outside. So yeah, I’d NEVER return. Shame cause it’s a nice place but it’s ran by a horrible man.More
What an absolute load of rubbish. Did her friend that she going in with have the same problem! Or both decided they could not be bothered to wait in the toilet queue like everyone else!
We arrived and only us in !! Staff sitting around waiting for customers. We were given menus Hubby ordered 2 beers 3 warm Pincho's for £10. Steak and 2 types of KIng Prawns and Canarian Potatoes Tapas Food was amazing The chef came and asked...us if food was ok We couldn't fault it one bit By the time we were half way through eating the place filled up £40.10p was a very reasonable price We will return Well done to all the teamMore
Visited with my partner recently and must say how impressed we both were with the quality and taste of the food, fantastic service from our server Liam, and the great cocktails - not to mention the 25% off offer! Fantastic evening - thank you.
Went out with some workmates yesterday afternoon for the bottomless brunch and we were very impressed. Food was excellent, and much larger portions than I’d been led to believe. I’m not big on cocktails, but the other members of the party said they were very...good indeed. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive, and an extra thank you to the chef Jane for being so accommodating - typical organised meet-up, with last minute drop outs and menu errors, led to multiple conversations between Jane and me, making last minute changes. Overall an great experience and will definitely go back!!More
The best bottomless brunch we have ever had. The food was delicious and the drinks kept on coming. Brilliant value for money, Amazing atmosphere we will definitely be returning.
Fantastic place, food was amazing, serves was fast and friendly, a big thank you to the bar, floor and kitchen staff you are all doing a great job at making el pincho the place to be..
Went for food yesterday, staff were lovely and polite. Always made sure to keep checking on us and how our food was. Very fast service with drinks, unlike other places that we have been to for Brunch. Atmosphere was amazing, music was top notch and...managers were very helpful. I would definitely recommend. Great value for money!More
Rarely would i take to trip advisor to leave a bad review however the staff in this establishment seriously need some customer service training. Rude doesnt even come close. This is the most unprofessional restaurant i have ever stepped foot in. The staff in this...place dont even have basic manners, they certinly shouldnt be working in a customer facing environment. I did notice the negative reviews further down the page and then some glowing reviews above by first time trip advisor users (i imagine the staff have gone into panic mode and composed the “amazing” staff reviews) because i can confirm first hand the staff in this place are ignorant, unprofessional and argumentative. The mature blonde women who has served me both times i have eaten in here has a serious attitude problem. Along with the poor staff my “italian burger” tasted like it was straight off a burger van. On a positive note the older gentleman with the white hair and glasses couldnt have been nicer, he was the only individual in there that had a lovely manner in the way he interacted with customers. We whittnessed a group of the female staff crowding round the bar area sniggering at customers. Highly unprofessional.More
Great drinks. Amazing food. First class staff. Brunch definitely didn’t disappoint along with the amazing atmosphere. Highly recommend!
The floor staff were very polite and amazing service, constantly checking up on me and my friends to make sure everything was good with the food and drink. The bar staff were amazing as well, the drinks were top notch, couldn't ask for anything better....Also a big shout out to the chef because her food was amazing and we enjoyed every minute of it. I would seriously recommend it and can't wait too come back 👌More

had the best time at elpincho definitely the place to be amazing food staff and drinks would definitely recommend🕺🎉🍹
I've never left a bad review for anything or anywhere I've been before and never felt the need too, but felt like I needed to say something for this place. Me and my friends visited for a bit of a baby shower for our friend...who's about ready to pop. When we eventually got seated a lady came over about the pre order we made, I'd ordered a chicken burger and had asked for vegan cheese as an extra to add to it since im dairy intolerant. She rolled her eyes and had a smirk on her face saying 'the one who ordered the chicken burger with vegan cheese, you can't be vegan then' laughing while saying it and continued asif I didn't know what a vegan was and made me feel so small and uncomfortable infront of my friends. After that the meals came but one was missing for around 10 minutes, my friend who put the order in panicked she'd missed one off the pre order email so checked to find we did have it on it was just a mistake on their end (mistakes happen). when we informed them one was missing it arrived 5 minutes later, with another snotty young waitress holding a receipt in her hand that told us it was our fault for not adding it on the email, we told them we had and got the worst attitude back of another eye roll and a sarcastic 'ok then' and she walked off. We were in shock that it had happened so my pregnant friend went to see a member of staff to let them know we were upset with the service and got cornered by nearly every member of staff working in there and got just more rude comments back. We then had to sit and eat our food while they all took it in turns behind the bar to talk about us and laugh in our faces with each other. Totally unprofessional and uncomfortable for us. To them we were just an awkward table complaining about a meal missing when infact we didn't care there was a meal missing, these things happen all the time it was a mistake, we were upset about the service and rudeness towards us for no reason at all. None of us will be going back unfortunately and I would imagine they couldn't care less.More
