Went to this chippy at the beginning of the month. I would not go back. The staff are not very friendly. The man doing the frying was very rude to the staff, infront of the customers so maybe that was the reason why. I didn't enjoy the food at all and ended up throwing most of it away.

Today we had a Fantastic classic meal of Fish, chips & mushy peas. We were politely served by the young staff there. The meal menu has now got wraps, pizza etc which i must try next time we visit. My son did get a wrap & filled him up nicely for our journey back to Ballasalla. Thank You to the... More

Lovely fish and chips supper for the shop volunteers. Freshly cooked and excellent value. The team ordered a variety of fish - plaice, haddock and cod.

This is a Fish and Chip establishment but there are other items now on the menu. However the set meal of Fish Chips, Peas, Bread and Butter and pot of tea is a classic so we have yet to be tempted to the Pizzas and trendy wraps etc.,. Pensioners specials available as the full Monty is quite large. Excellent and... More

Popped in late on Saturday afternoon - it was busy in the restaurant but we still only waited a few minutes for cod. The fish was fresh and very tasty as was the rest of our food. The chips are way way nicer than I remember them being the last time we went. Fab chippy

Friendly service and good portions and the dining area is basic but fine. It was quite busy. The price was fine. My haddock was a bit chewy but my husband enjoyed his. The chips needed to be cooked a little longer.

I had my usual of cod chips and beans:- The cod is always nice, but they have changed to big chunky chips. These chips are not nice; they are just all soft and stodgy. They used to be much better before they went chunky. So, I won't be going again unless they stop serving these chunky chips.

Hi Jody After this review I asked customers via our Facebook page which chips they preferred, the old thinner chips won hands down, as of today Wednesday 5/10/2016 we started selling the thinner chips again. see you soon Jody More

Great cod n chips ,very poor milkshakes and coffee's. One of the middle aged female staff was always displaying a poor attitude towards customers and seemed very impatient and aloof. However the chips are worth it.

I've eaten here a few times in Ramsey when in the Isle of Man and it's a decent fish and chip shop with a good sit down eat in area. The staff are friendly as well. Perhaps too few chips on the plate if you decide to eat in as opposed to takeaway though as I've found in most fish... More
