Nice spot to sit in the sun and have a drink. A shame they don't serve any food just usual bar snacks I.e crisps. Dog friendly inside and out. Decent selection of ales and nice bar man. Good view over harbour.

Found the beer to be good, but a little pricy. We had an enjoyable afternoon sitting in the beer garden overlooking the harbour.
Nice atmosphere, a good od fashioned chatting pub with excellent ale. No sign of any food menus when we were there but a pleasant place for a pint or two to start or round off the evening.
We called in this Pub because we saw the name the glue pot and was intrigued ,We ordered a Drink each and it was Okells IPA which was the best drink we had at the time a good head and creamy all the way down...More
We visited after the castle Rushen (it's just 20-30 yards away), had few drinks and checked the atmosphere - it's worth visiting, but don't expect a fancy restaurant. :-)
