Nice spot to sit in the sun and have a drink. A shame they don't serve any food just usual bar snacks I.e crisps. Dog friendly inside and out. Decent selection of ales and nice bar man. Good view over harbour.

Lovely ancient pub overlooking the harbour. Full of atmosphere and history. We visited on a sunny day and were able to sit outside looking out at the picturesque harbour and castle.

Found the beer to be good, but a little pricy. We had an enjoyable afternoon sitting in the beer garden overlooking the harbour.

well looked after beer in a ancient pub! The landlord andrew keeps his beer well! so you can expect your okwells bitter to be perfect! Could do with a few more Guest ales! but other then that can't fault it.

Nice atmosphere, a good od fashioned chatting pub with excellent ale. No sign of any food menus when we were there but a pleasant place for a pint or two to start or round off the evening.

We visited after the castle Rushen (it's just 20-30 yards away), had few drinks and checked the atmosphere - it's worth visiting, but don't expect a fancy restaurant. :-)

A traditional old public house overlooking the harbour which has not been altered or spoilt and with a fine selection of local real ales. Interesting memorabilia adorns the walls. It is popular with (friendly) locals who are pleased to give local information.....in my case about...More
