Cosy, quirky pub, nice nooks to sit and enjoy a drink and or food. Food is beautiful, very tasty and good portion size. Definitely worth a visit if you’ve never been before.

Went here twice whilst staying at a nearby holiday cottage. Good access via local path networks (very muddy in places though!) We had 2 kids and a dog which was no problem, although no real room inside for prams/buggies due to the old style of...More

Get there early especially at weekends. Booking limited to larger parties and after 1 pm the place fills up. Not good for disabled access but if weather good you can eat outside - although the "beer-garden" has tortuous access. Good-sized menu (mainly English dishes) well-cooked...More

The nut roasts are to die for. Even though it was busy there wasn't a long wait. Excellent staff too. 10/10

I love this place and there is a room where my dog can also enjoy a meal. I had a turkey dinner that I could not fault then to follow an oreo torte that was amazing. Warm friendly staff and a nice cosy pub.

Hi, the BeeHive is dog friendly. I’m not sure if you can bring the dog inside??? But the owner has a dog himself. During the summer period, the beer garden has a multitude of dogs. I think if your dog is kept on a lead... More

If it's a busy time like a bank holiday and you really want to eat there it may be advisable to book, otherwise just turn up.
