We really enjoyed our lunch here especially the gorgeous soda bread. A slight delay on my husband's lunch but most apologetic and offered free cake which again was moist and delightful. Pleasant staff.

Description
Nelly May's Parlour, conveniently situated on The High Street, is a traditional tearoom oozing with olde worlde character and charm - part of the tearoom dates from Tudor times so why not take a break and soak up the atmosphere. A perfect choice for an exquisitely scrumptious breakfast, lunch, coffee, cream or afternoon tea or homemade cake. We use organic flour to make our Artisan bread which is made daily on the premises, all homemade cakes and scones are made with organic flour and free range eggs and our jams and marmalades are also homemade. We try to source our produce locally and use fresh quality ingredients where possible. Nelly May's is licensed and is a perfect venue for Birthdays, Christenings or other special occasions. We can provide afternoon teas but as our bread, cakes and scones are freshly baked booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.
