I love this cafe. Relaxed and airy and supporting Autism Initiatives. The coffee is good. The service is prompt and the prices are reasonable. But the main draw are the cakes- amazing. And the Atkinson is pretty good too!

Fresh and clean well laid out cafe with happy polight staff. The meals we chose where fresh and of generous size as well as being reasonably priced. Our tea pots were topped up at no extra cost. Will definitely go back. Already recommended to friends.

We found the surroundings & the food fitted the description and did what it says on the tin. Another Trip Advisor winner.

Went for breakfast before visiting the Viking Exhibition at the Atkinson. Really nice to see the cafe area so busy - people sitting outside and inside in the extended seating area. Service was quick and food reasonably priced. Good coffee. Would have appreciated a few...More

Visited this cafe with my wife last Friday for lunch. We both had a salad with falafel and humus which was delicious. The only thing that let the meal down was the rather disappointing coffee.

A nice place to visit there's always something going on to look at art music and the library and to top it off a shop full of souvenirs
