Hadn’t intended to stop here, but the garden looked back up at the Downs where we had been walking, the beer was Adnam’s and the bar snack was so-ooo tempting.

The Unicorn is a lovely old pub and the ambience is just right. The setting is just beautiful and there are many tables outside from where one can watch the beautiful South Downs.

Quick pit stop on our walk through the downs with our two dogs. Very dog friendly and amazing view from beer garden. £3 for absolutely delicious cake and coffee. So friendly!

Had a great light lunch and a pint, and all was great. Good attentive service and the soup was excellent. Pity the weather was so poor otherwise we would have used the garden and enjoyed the beautiful view of the downs.
