Had a takeaway pizza, having heard glowing reports. The pizza was very disappointing ..... ham, mushroom, artichokes and clams. Come on .... should have been bursting with flavour. Wasn't. The word bland is very apt. What was disturbing was the performance of the guy in the fish and chip shop (where you order your carry-outs). He handled all the food... More

Food's lovely, staff so keen to accommodate. Always like to go back when we're in the area. Lovely ice cream during the day too.

Stopped by with a friend for a late lunch. It was a Sunday afternoon and the place was packed but the waitress found a table for us. Great atmosphere, with lots of families and couples enjoying lunch. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely visit again. All the food was freshly cooked and delicious. Staff were all efficient and... More

The type of place you can bring the kids and not be in fear of being frowned at. The service is excellent and always with a smile. The kids love the carbonara.

When to the William Wallace Monument and asked for a local place for fish and chips. They recommended this place. Very busy little cafe but the service and food were excellent. Very surprised with the quality of the food given that the front of the store sells ice cream.

Got a few fish suppers from here last month, which were ace. Dropped in again, last night and it was better. Fish made fresh for me with nice crispy batter and well cooked chips. Love the look of the place, genuine old fashioned chippy / cafe.

We used to go here regularly with friends when our children were young. It was a great family run restaurant. Three of us went there tonight for a quick pizza because we were in the area. What a disappointment. The pizzas were rock hard as if they'd been baked twice. We ate them but did mention that they hadn't been... More

Good pizza and a glass of wine made for a simple supper on our first evening in Stirling at this Italian restaurant popular with locals.
