It’s been a while since I’ve been to this place but the food is just as amazing and delicious as I remember. Went on Saturday for dinner and it was such a warm and cozy atmosphere. My husband and I had the mixed mezze. Every...single thing was so tasty and more-ish. The gyros was mouth watering! Also ordered the lamb chops but was so full I had to cancel them which wasn’t an issue at all. We won’t wait so long to return next time. An absolute gem in the heart of Stirling. Rare to find places like this in Stirling nowadays.More
We were staying in Stirling for one night at a fairly functional hotel. We hadn’t booked anywhere to eat and we were a wee bit apprehensive as my husband was in a small electric mobility scooter and had his Assistance Dog with him. We usually...plan our outings. Although an old building with steps there was a good ramp to the front door. We were made very welcome despite the restaurant being quite compact. Space was found for us without any awkwardness. We had the set menu with a bottle of the house red wine. The food was all excellent and the atmosphere great. A thoroughly enjoyable evening.More
We were driving through Stirling on the way back from the Highlands and came across this restaurant by chance. We had no expectations but when we came in we immediately knew we had found a great spot. The staff were very friendly and the food...was amazing. Best falafel I have ever had and I’ve tried a lot. If you’re there the falafel is a must! Although we were not expecting anything, the great mood in the restaurant, friendly staff and delicious food just made a great end to our trip. I look forward to going back to Stirling just to visit that restaurant and amazing food again.More
Family trip from Metro Atlanta,ga USA We loved the place and the waiter/cook husband/wife team were awesome also. Yes it wasn’t fast but good food takes time. And it is a small place and the time to sit and talk and enjoy the place and...each other was nice. If you want it really fast maybe go to a fast food restaurant. We thought this place ,and the people were awesome, wonderful people! If you have a little time for ambiance and great food, please try it.More
We stumbled upon this place last night on our way into the centre. We didn’t have a booking but we were welcomed in and a table was prepared for us. We had a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our anniversary along with some delicious tapas...dishes. Humous, Baba ghanoush, garlic and chilli prawns, olives and chorizo and cheese croquettes. I can’t recommend enough. Every dish was delicious and we cleared every plate. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!More
Just back from an exceptional meal at Mediterranea. Exceptional in that way you know from the minute you arrive because you know the food is going to speak for itself. Fresh, tasty, honest food. If we weren’t going home tomorrow we would be eating here...again tomorrow night. Just get booked in, now.More
We had a lovely meal and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant. The owners demeanour almost sets the tone of the place - he’s super chilled and it felt like it rubbed off on everyone including us! They’ve done a good job of making...the surroundings feel authentic, the food was delicious, we drank green beer and all at a very reasonable cost. Can’t fault it so we will be back!More
An absolute gem of a restaurant. Amazing staff, fabulous menu, tasty choices, realistic Mediterranean food. This was like being back there; staff, food, and service were like a little slice of sunshine. Amazing!
This is some of the best Greek, Lebanese and Spanish food I have had - having been to Lebanon and Spain before! Relaxed atmosphere and great service. The lamb is the GOAT. Something as simple as hummus or baba ganoush is transformed into perfection. Great...for sharing! I have returned here again and again with different friends!More
Visited with my husband at the weekend. Had an amazing meal and very well priced. Service was great. Will definitely be back when we are next in the area.
My husband and I visited the restaurant yesterday evening. It was very busy, which seemed a positive sign. However we will not be returning. The room was very cold, I noticed one customer, a male, kept his jacket on for the duration of his meal,...so it wasn’t only myself feeling the chill. The room lacked atmosphere. The service was incredibly slow, as they appear to also manage a takeaway service and so seated customers are probably not a priority. I felt the food was quite good, albeit lacking in presentation. My husband however, really did not enjoy his meal. It was one of our worst eating out experiences.More
Wow! A great meal, full of flavour, and great, friendly service, too! Thank you John, we will be back and with friends and family!
Lovely restaurant, the food was really good and it had a nice atmosphere. The staff were nice and helpful.
Really good tapas, 2 of our party vegetarian, 2 meat eaters and 1 who eats anything! All enjoyed our food... Good wine and sangria. Amazing and enthusiastic young woman who took care of us, a credit to your business
