Please note the staff were lovely though did spend time chatting a lot at the till and I got up a few times to have my needs met. There is a gratuity of 10% added at the end. Please check this if you don't feel...it is warranted. The ambience ok inside ( it was empty apart from one other table on a MOnday evening) though I was chilly and kept my jacket on. Starters: Tasty but very small portions. The menu descriptions do not really translate into what we received. The king prawns in butter sauce with asparagus and salad. The prawns were lovely but it said you would get salad for the £10.95 and I got one crispy leaf cut into tiny pieces scattered on the whole plate and that is NOT a salad! The heads of the prawns were left on the plate to make it look more substantial. In reality the starter was 4 prawns in a spicy butter sauce 4 spears of asparagus. My husband ordered the beef gyoza in a consume broth. He got the crunchy salad and 2 gyoza but the broth was a tablespoon of fluid in the bottom! I had persuaded him to have this as a broth with dumplings and he was so disappointed by the lack of a main ingredient. The mains were fine but main ingredients had been substituted. I asked for udon noodles with braised beef and there was egg noodles instead? and 2 huge carrots stuck out the top as veg. The beef was nice melt in the mouth but the noodles being the wrong sort ( not thick udon) meant they just broke up. When you paid £23 you expect what you pay for. My husbands boa boa buns were nice though £16.95 just a bit sickly sweet and could do with a fresh pickle on the top to freshen the flavour like you get in London. We asked for sauces with my husbands chips and given the cheapest nastiest sauces of ketchup and mayonnaise in a packet that you might get in a cafe. Nice chips ruined by crappy sauce! This place just needs a bit of a think - or rethink. Then it would be great.More

Lokky’s is our favourite restaurant. We always make a special trip to Lokky’s despite living nearly an hour away. Staff are excellent and the food is always exceptional.

We booked Lokky's as we love their Asian Food, and it was perfect for my partners birthday. Great service, incredible food and we will be back again.

A real gem offering an interesting mix of Asian cuisine. Service was great, food was excellent. The Thai green curry was especially good.

Had dinner here last night for our wedding anniversary. Lovely place, fantastic food and great staff. It was very busy but food was all served quickly. Can't understand some of the poor reviews who said it was like a canteen, couldn't be further from the...truth, top notch restaurant and hotel, very well run and put together. Our waiter was Josh, extremely professional and friendly, a credit to the restaurant. Already planning our next visit.More

Waw! What a meal! We were absolutely in awe how delicious our meal was. Every dish was different to what you would cook at home and totally mouthwatering. Cocktails were superb too. Staff were so attentive and kind too. We can’t wait to return again.

Very clean hotel. Very polite and friendly staff,they couldn't do enough for you. Food was lush . Highly recommend it 🙏. Will definitely be going back
