Went for a meal with friends - delicious food, huge portions - I thoroughly recommend the cajun salmon. And the homemade strawberry pavlova - the meringue was so big, I didn't know whether to eat it or go sailing in it! Lovely ambience, friendly staff....More

Nice looking pub. Main bar is always cold. This time log burner was going but they let it go out. Did not like the music playing in main bar. Unnecessary and not in keeping with age of property. Food average. Service poor. Disappointed.

This is a great oldie world country pub with a great mine host. The food is excellent with the added specials to make it spectacular. Limited availability so be sure to book your table. If you can find it, it is well worth a visit....More
