Visited with my husband and 2 year old son. Lovely, historic pub with open fire and friendly staff. However, two roast dinners and sausage & mash took an hour to arrive despite being the second people to order. There was no warning of a delay...More
Cosy, comfortable pub, serving good quality, reasonably priced food and drinks. My last few visits here have been very enjoyable with very friendly staff. One prior bad experience with a staff member, was dealt with professionally by the manager.
