A busy evening here, with very helpful and pleasant servers. The menus were varied and engaging but, when the food came, the meals were well presented but rather bland. The overall ambience of the Jamaica Inn is pleasant and the range of drinks is good,...More

Great food, friendly staff and awesome view. Best bistro menu in Bangor, plenty of variety and taste. A lovely selection of Gin to choose from also! Nothing better than watching the sunset out in the beer garden on a lovely summers night down at The...More

This was our second visit to the Jamaica Inn- our last was this time last year. Often with restaurants, from year to year, the quality will simply stay the same or go down- this is not true for the Jamaica Inn. Not only was the...More

We went for a lunch and drinks with family and friends. The Jamaica Inn was always recommended as the place to go, unfortunately it was a massive let down. I ordered the chefs burger and I was massive let down, the burger was over cooked,...More

Monday lunch, restaurant full, good sign. Staff first class, food very good and a big plus for me, free children's menu including a scrumptious seafood with mash potatoes, much healthier than burger, sausages or pizza offered by some. The three meals were all well proportioned,...More

I come here a lot with my family. Food always great, and they always have a good fish selection. Often have live music at weekends and we've all spent several evenings overlooking the water, eating well and enjoying the ambience. Well done guys keep it...More
