Great freshly prepared food and excellent service. Brought or own wine and no corkage fee. We did the early £10.95 (or thereabouts) menu and it was lovely. The decor is not sumptuous but the food and service made up for that. Very relaxed atmosphere and no need to get dressed up. I am vegetarian and my other family members are... More

I bring my partner and my two kids here at least once a week after discovering this week gem! We are all big fans of Indian food but none of us could believe how good this place is. The owner always greets us like friends and is a wealth of knowledge about the menu. If you are not familiar with... More

None of the dishes were authentic or even close to an Indian curry. Service was slow. Not recommended, if you are interested in an indian curry experience.

Arrived without a booking and it was no problem getting a table on a Saturday night. Was greeted immediately upstairs where the restaurant is and was quickly brought poppadoms etc. It's bring your own wine which is fantastic not only because it makes dining out so much cheaper, but you can enjoy your meal with a wine you know and... Went last night after we've been before when we visit Banfor once a year. Bit of a strange experience mainly because the poor fella servicing us barely spoke English but he was lovely all the same. I believe he said they were short staffed so after sitting us down he came back 15mins later with poppadoms, even if we didn't... More

We had a takeaway from here on recommendation a few weeks ago and it was very nice. We ordered again 2 weeks ago and they sent the wrong dish but we're very apologetic and dealt with it very well even though it meant I had to wait by the time they sent my girlfriends correct dish. Then last night the... More
