Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Highly recommended for coffee aficionados and anyone who likes a classy but simple breakfast. My husband had blueberry pancakes, which he said were superb, and I had eggs Benedict which was beautiful - eggs cooked perfectly and just the right amount of hollandaise. We enjoyed it so much we went back the next morning and both had the full English, which was similarly well done. To top it off the coffee was to die for - rich and flavoursome, with non-dairy milk options for those who need it.

Popped in on Saturday morning for a very nice coffee and then returned the next morning for delicious breakfast. We both went for the eggs Benedict with a side of mushrooms. Portions were big and all ingredients were excellent and beautifully presented. The staff were so friendly and the venue itself is very quirky with all its Breaking Bad memorabilia.
It could we considered a bit pricey but when you are getting a great breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice and good coffee combined with a welcoming ambience then you don’t mind paying a little more.

A large family group went for brunch for my granddaughter's birthday. (She had a free meal as it was her birthday - obviously proof is required} The food was excellent, we all enjoyed it. I had a vegetarian breakfast which was enormous. Two poached eggs on sourdough bread, baked beans, avocado, tomato, humous, spinach plus more. Good coffee. My daughter brought along Breaking Bad masks for us to wear. Extremely friendly staff. I recommend it. If it was in the centre of Richmond it would be packed but it's in an odd position.

If you like breaking bad the restaurant is really nicely decorated and looks very cool. The food was nice, but for a family of 4 (2 small kids) at £75 for breakfast, it was in my opinion not good value. I was also irritated that given I ordered and paid at the counter they added 12.5% service. I’m happy to pay service, but I do expect more than just having the food brought out - otherwise be upfront and add it to the overall price.
It’s a nice venue, but due to the above I think it’ll be a once only visit unfortunately.

What a joke. Arrived. Taken to table. No menu given. Sat for 5 minutes whilst two waitress stood there doing nothing. Asked for menu. Ordered. Then sat for 50 minutes waiting. Two waitress said nothing until asked and then said they’ve not even started cooking. There were at least 5 people in the kitchen. Absolutely gormless and badly run.

I went 11 April, at noon, two large double tables were reserved (this is a cafe?). The other few 2 seater tables were occupied by individuals drinking "empty" coffee cups on computers. I asked if there were any tables, as I wanted to eat, I was point to a high stool in the window, with what I can only describe as the narrowest top I've ever seen. Just the width of a plate. Obviously, this place is too busy to eat.

Was staying close by & this was so convenient for us we thought we would give it a try. Sat downstairs as no tables left upstairs. This was an exceptionally hot day outside and the downstairs room was very oppressive. We chose a cooked breakfast and eggs tousle which tasted great but ironically were a little cold. Staff very friendly.

What a find! Breaking bad themed cafe, serving the most delicious food and drinks. We had the eggs benedict, veggie breakfast and smoothies. Followed by delicious coffee. Service was quick, easy and delivered with a smile. A little out of the way, (10 mins walk from the station) but if you're looking for good quality fabulous food look no further. We were staying at the Premier Inn just across the road and only wished we'd discovered here on our first day!

We are not fans of the Premier Inn breakfasts so we decided to pop across the road and we are so glad that we did. Efficient, friendly service from the young staff and 4 deliciously hot breakfasts were promptly served. Slightly overpriced but worth it as a one off. Would absolutely recommend.

Stayed at the local Premier Inn but didn't fancy having breakfast there so found the Heisenberg 2 mins down the road. Glad we did, the staff were really friendly and the breakfasts and coffee were delicious. Enjoyed it so much we went there 3 days in a row - say no more!!

Son wanted to visit here due to being a big breaking bad fan and being in London so we headed to the Richmond place on our first morning in London. Breakfast was very good and we all enjoyed it. Thought the added service charge is cheeky and feel like we are in America. Prefer to tip what I would like. Smaller that expected.

I have had coffee here before but never eaten. Had my first Full English there this morning (hangover food!!) and it was delightful. Perfect poached eggs, everything was well cooked and tasty and the staff really friendly 10/10 for me.

Noticed that this little cafe was right outside our hotel in Richmond (Premier Inn) and had good reviews so I thought I’d try it out.
I’m pleased to say it didn’t disappoint. The coffee was the best I’d tasted since I’d been in London and the Full English Breakfast was excellent.
The staff were friendly and approachable and the whole place had a great vibe. Whilst most of the tables were inside, there was a small outdoor area.
Would definitely go there again if I was in the area.

Love this place. The interior is quirky, the service fast, friendly and efficient and the food wonderful.
It's at the side of a main road (opposite the Premier Inn hotel) so parking is tricky. Great breakfast choices - all fabulously cooked. Loved the fruit smoothies and good coffee.
An absolute gem.

Not as good as I had expected but still nice. Quite expensive for what it was. Not the nicest breakfast I’ve ever had but not the worst either. The bacon wasn’t very tasty. Friendly staff. Perhaps hash browns or black pudding would be a good addition.
