We stayed in a very comfortable room with an en suite bathroom, all built into the rock. The bed was very comfortable and the room well equipped. We loved the breakfasts, taken on the terrace in the shade. Patrick was really welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to help us with our travel requirements and taking time out of his busy schedule to help us. A really special place run by very kind, hospitable people.

Enjoyed a nice meal with friends all good but have noticed the prices are edging up. The real issue is that Cash or Cheques are the only payment option which is not well announced so many diners are surprised when the bill comes. Some clients pay by bank trnasfer from their mobile phones which means long delays in departure on busy days.

We drove past it when we first visited the village but the second time,when walking the dogs,we suddenly saw this hidden restaurant. In the daytime it could be easily missed, and just looks like a take away pizza place. View of the hills, music playing in the background, good wine, great pizzas, very nice owners. We stopped there with our dogs after the walk around 11, that day the restaurant wasn't normally open yet but we were allowed to go in anyway for a drink. We liked the place so much we changed our previous plans and made reservations for the same evening. It was a great night. It has a chill atmosphere, with cosy lights on in the evening. They don't only serve pizza but have a big selection. Something for everyone. It even has a small swimmingpool. Dogs are allowed and they immediately bring drinking bowls. What a great place!

We had dinner here whilst staying near Entrecasteaux. The owners were interesting and friendly. The food was also interesting and not overly expensive. Good atmosphere within the restaurant.

We had a mixed group of kids and their parent. The kid choose from an impressive list of pizza'S while the adults choose from the rathet limited menu card. Nevertheless we all had a recommendable meal. The personnel were very friendly and the setting is very nice, well shaded and nicely decoreted. We certainly go back when we are in the area. I understand that they only have an outside terasse to dine.
Also available is the the away pizza service.

With its wooden decking floors and ocean-side pergola shade, it seems to have been lifted from the sands of Pampelonne and planted on to the side of an inland hill. The food ranges from pizza to steaks to burgers to salads (with plenty of variation for the Vegetarians among us) and the music from 'chill-out' electro to laid back reggae. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are the most friendly and attentive. We have eaten here many times and we are always made to feel really welcome (which is rare in Entrecasteaux). The restaurant's name comes from an MC Solaar track: "Qui sème le vent récolte le tempo". When you find a restaurant named after a song by a Senegalese rap artist, you know it has to be something special.

This is a good place to go if you want a more modern vibe compared to the bistro's I'm the area.
And they do a really GREAT steak. No charolais in sight (thankfully). I had the roquefort sauce, add my ex-chef wife & father-in-law had the pepper sauce, and we were all happy.
I have been coming to nearby Salernes for around 20 years, and I recognise the owner of Le Tempo from his previous more modest establishments. He still works exceptionally hard, and has personally created most of the outdoor structure as well.
Needless to say i'll be going again next week. The kids liked it, my wife loved it, and I'm chuffed to have found it.
I wish all involved every success.

The staff had absolutely no problem with taking a large booking for the same evening that we booked it. The food was delicious and good value for money. They were great with arranging a small birthday desert (complete with sparkler) for my father and even came out offering free 'aperitifs' after our meal. The setting is also lovely. Would highly recommend this place!

The owner was sondering why so Many people were passing by his restaurant.
Know we know why; you couldn't pay with a bank or creditcard!

we where several families and came tumbling in the doors but they but tables together and made everything perfeckt for us. Our French was terrible but it went all very well. Great service and faboulous Food. Everything was good. The grilled entrecote, pizza, duck and the creme brulee. Sadly we didn´t have time to eat there several times.

Little hidden treasure with nice food. The guy serving went out of his way to accommodate us and was fantastic, the lady was a little less pleased about 10 unannounced guests! Nevertheless would definitely recommend it !

They got one room, yup, one (1) room, soon to be two. A lot of jazz music, wine and pizza, yes there is a pizzeria/restaurant underneath the room so if your hungry and the smell is coming your way from downstairs it's hard to resist a couple of drinks and food.
The room is small but clean and really cozy. If you don't mind music and overhearing the restaurant. We didn't mind, it was just a nice and a warm atmosphere.
This family owned restaurant is a place to visit.
The owners are exquisitely friendly and helpful with everything. Even though they was stressed out and busy they was eager to help us with a small car problem we had.
Thank you Helen and Patrick for everything. Keep doing what you're doing, you guys rocks!

As a regular visitor to Entrecasteaux I was pleasantly surprised when I visited the new restaurant in the village.
As a group of couples we had pizzas, steaks and a chicken dish.
Everyone had a great meal and the prices were very reasonable.
We enjoyed it so much we returned the following day for some afternoon drinks around the plunge pool and stayed for dinner again.
A very enjoyable and relaxed environment with great food.
Worth a visit if you are in the area

A word of mouth led us to La Tempo for dinner. Up the stone steps to the restaurant which has different spaces providing an intimate experience, outdoor and indoor. The specialty is pizza and the three different types our group had were all delicious! The staff were attentive and patient and the service rapid while still allowing us to savour our meal.
