Welcoming staff and good choice of menu. We ate here several times trying different menu items and were not disappointed. Best lamb we have eaten in the UK and that means something to travelling Aussies.

We stopped in here for a drink , after doing the village tour, nice pub, beer garden to the rear , average price for a drink, we didn't eat , but plenty of people were.

Very friendly and helpful barmaid. Excellent soup and tasty fresh sandwich. Comfortable bar room, warm on a cold July day.
