Very home-feel kind of place, nothing too fancy! Very good cousine, relaxed and easygoing atmosphere. I would recommend it!

Nothing special, we were there for lunch: food was ok but not outstanding considering the price. I was expecting something more tastefully.

Glad our hotel concierge recommended this off-the-beaten-track gem. We actually liked it so much that we went twice. 5 Euro for a bottle of good wine? We discovered that similar wine in the supermarket is 4 Euros, but what the heck. The food was delicious and reflected local home cooking, the service was excellent and the atmosphere both inside and... More

First of all the staff. They were great and very attentive. Explained the whole menu (that was only in Italian). I can remember the exact names of the dishes but we had the traditional pasta dish from Brescia, that was to die for and the horse with polenta, that was absolutely divine. Wine was excellent too, atmosphere outside was great... More

Went for dinner with a good friend and his family while in Brescia. I really liked the local mood of this place, the antipasti, and the house wine. The owner is very nice and helpful and we enjoyed our meal. All reasonably priced.

Sadly out first choice was fully booked. Whilst the food was tasty enough, it took several hours from start of meal till mains were served. One meal did not even arrive and all meals to 8 guests were served at different times. A long long wait!!! Not a good experience at all.

Our first choice for dinner turned out to be closed but fortunately we stumbled upon this lovely little trattoria - it advertised typical Brescian food and it absolutely delivered. The house wine came complete with a picture of the house on the label and the Casoncelli with sage and butter were one of the nicest primi piatti I've ever had.... More

In the summer months the tables outside are just wonderful. In a very little and quite square dominated by the beautiful apsis of San Francesco Church you can spend your lunch or dinner eating plenty of delicious but unpretentious food caressed by the sound of a marble fountain. Very competently prices. Entertainment included.
