We serve you the delicacies from the Löwenhof kitchen in our inviting restaurant or on the sun terrace. Our restaurant is open both lunchtime and evenings and our service team is happy to advise you on choosing the perfect menu order with accompanying wine. South Tyrolean specialities at the Löwenhof are considered to be both dishes from the traditional, hearty Alpine cuisine and typical Italian pizza and pasta. Naturally you can also find fine meat dishes from international cuisine and fish dishes from Mediterranean cuisine on our menu. I’ve been here while I was on a business trip and, arriving later than 9:00 pm, I had pizza as only choice for dinner.
Pizza is a good Italia pizza, standard and quite cheap. Nothing to say against it, but might be not in line with the modern style of the place that would have been supposed to get some gourmet kind of.
Anyhow, worth to stop by!

Ate here twice during my stay in Brixen. I enjoyed a lot the sweets selection and the appetizer mixed plate. Other courses were good indeed, made with a lot care and it shows, but way too salty. Pizza was also good, they have many special combinations and the dough was very digestible. Not one of the best pizzas I've had, though. Location is super and staff very kind and ready to accommodate your needs.

We stopped here for lunch enroute to Venice. They had a good parking place for our camper. You could even camp behind the hotel.
The lunch menu was decent. It's a bit upscale and they didn't serve
Pizza until evenings. They have a nice shady covered terrace where you can eat.
They had a business lunch special that was pretty decent and our child ordered and ate the "black burger" which he really enjoyed!

Ate here 2/10/2017 and offered menu in English which was very clear. I had the venison carpaccio which was fantastic and the ewes cheese with chilli sauce pizza which was absolutely spot on, my colleague had the scallops starter but can’t remember his main but plate was empty when finished, good beers as well can’t wait to eat here again.

I have travelled alot, visiting places, eating/dining in so many restaurant, can't even count.....this restaurant with the staff, wow..bad..really bad!
The staff where lying and disrespectful...we had to wait for our pizza almost an hour and the waiter still not telling the truth..wait 10 more min and so on..talked to 3 different staff member who would check it out but they went behind the bar and never came back with an answer.
Got a hold of some kind of manager..wonderful man, the waiter has forgotten our order! We didn't have to pay...but still we'll never go back!

We made a reservation for pizza dinner at 5:00. Parallel to our visit was prepared for a birthday party, the service staff seemed stressed. The sound check of a band was rather loud.
Unfortunately, we waited over 15 minutes for the invoice. After a family sat down at a seemingly reserved table and was then relocated, the staff refurbished the table with the glasses and cutlery touched without changing the setting.
The pizzas tasted good. Nevertheless, there will be no further visit from us.

Unfortunately, the hotel's own restaurant does not meet the expectations it has set itself and does not live up to the prices. Both main courses were quite bland and did not seem very fresh.
It was particularly annoying that we were denied a bread basket despite ordering a full main course. When we asked DIRECTLY, this was first dismissed, then explained by the fact that there was no bread basket with pizza, and after referring to the full meals we had ordered (no pizza), we were told "they just forgot". Words like "sorry" or perhaps a nice gesture still need to be practiced in this restaurant. We won't be coming here again.

We discovered the Löwenhof on the Internet while looking for a pizzeria not too far from our holiday accommodation.
The restaurant makes a very good impression, the service was perfect from the start. The two pizzas we ordered from the wood-fired oven arrived at the table in a considerable size in a short time and tasted excellent. We were very satisfied and will gladly come back on our next stay in South Tyrol.

Ordered char from the grill - unfortunately the fish was completely dry - that really wasn't great!
The side dishes were so unremarkable that I can't even remember them.
The price and performance were not right here. The service when you entered the restaurant was such that you had the feeling you were disturbing someone. Nobody was interested in us. It was only the head waiter who noticed us. The service at the table was OK. Next time, there will be no option for dinner for two.
