Unusual for Follonica which is not great for restaurants. Three of us, two tuna tartars, one pasta with squid and pistachio, one frito misto, two mixed grilled fish coffe and half a bottle of Morris Farms Vermentino at a very reasonable 99 euros.

Has a really nice wine selection and promising menu. Food was good but did not meet our expectations of taste. It's located on near the beach of Follonica with a great view over the promenade and the beach if you are seated outside. The inside of the restaurant has a really nice modern interior. Only one on staff spoke English... More

First visit for luncheon and was pleasantly surprised how good it was in what is a poor town for restaurants. There is an attractive covered terrace overlooking the sea and the interior is comfortable. I began with the raw fish folowed by spaghetti with clams, all were very good and not overly expensive for the quality

We went there with our friends couple of days ago!! The staff was really nice and helpful! As a starter I ate tartare di tonno!! It was amazing with the almond and the fresh ginger taste!! For main course I ate squids stuffed with eggplant and with ricotta flan and gazpacho!! The tastes were amazing together! The desserts were just... More

Summary - a stylish restaurant with a stunning sea-view serving better than average food. Food - As noted above better than average. We both had seafood dishes that were well presented, fresh and tasty. While I would not say that any of the dishes were particularly creative, the quality of ingredients were good and fresh. This is a place to... More

During a semi business trip we were invited to this restaurant by our hosts and a good story about the former sottomarino. All we got was overpriced food that looked more in place in a snack bar. Wont go back here.

This new , elevated restaurant location is great for a dinner date, with a view on the beach and a mix of elegance and informality that inspire. The fresh fish is beautifully prepared, elegantly served and well matched with a wise wine selection. Service is solid though a bit slow, definetively a pleasant experience.

This is italian food to die for! The chef and his family are running this restaurant like if they were cooking for friends! Try all the starters! Order just half portions of each and enjoy every bite! Then order some Frittura Mista to share and crazy on desert! Last time I had half frozen pistachio ice! Never had something like... More

The restaurant offers great seafood dishes with a great special touch. The fish is really fresh and I suggest to try some special plate, or going for the traditional ones, like "grigliata mista" or fritto misto" for only 13Euro. Very good wine selection too! This is a must eat and BE place. Best wishes to the Fillipo Raffaele
