We chose this restaurant based on the good reviews on Tripadvisor and nothing else really, since the place is not very picturesque—they have a small garden with a few tables, so we had to sit at a table outside, which is basically on the street, on a crossroad, were passers-by can stare into your plate. It is a typical place located in city center, with a nice "terrase" overlooking the crowdy street, the atmosphere is really nice.Nothing special to mention about the food, but I'd say it was better than in all other restaurants in Grado.

We were left with a bit of a underwhelmed feeling after dining here. The service left a lot to be desired as it took 45 mins for our meals to arrive after placing order. Whilst the staff were friendly it was very difficult to gain their attention. The food when it did arrive was very nice perhaps we were so... More

This is a traditional seafood restaurant in the center of Grado. It has a terrace and a small garden to eat outside. I was surprised by some "new" dish like strozzapreti con sardoni e pomodorini. I also suggest to try the fried cuttlefish. The staff is friendly and ready to give some good suggestions. Give it a try!

My two Austrian friends joined me for dinner at this lovely restaurant. Since I love branzino cooked in salt (in case you haven't tried it, it does not taste salty, but the salt keeps the inside of the fish incredibly moist!) we stopped at Al Marinaio when we saw it on the menu. It w a great meal from start... More
