Incredible pizzas sold by the kilo and very cheap! You have complete control over portion size and the pizzas were fresh and so so so tasty. I've been to Naples to eat pizza and this really was up there with the best. There are a couple of seats inside and a range of standing tables outside to enjoy your food.... More

Very busy indeed, but completely worth the wait! Some of the best pizza you can find, when it's fresh it just melts in your mouth. For the price it's likely the best you can find in Lecce, at least for us. The staff is friendly and fast, the energy in the street is buzzing and the pizza is always hot!

Not much and always busy with people standing around to get a slice of pizza. Very busy street at night. Watch your purse

We visited Pizzicotto in Lecce on the recommendation of some local friends. We weren't disappointed. It is a no frills street pizza outlet but the pizza is to die for. We were initially surprised because there is no ala carte, you simply choose between the four or five varietals that have just been made. You select how many and how... More

I went back here, after having eaten here 7 years ago and had been dreaming about how good it was. I was scared to go back and maybe it was just my memory. But what a relief! It was as good as it was 7 years back! And I have since been to Naples and had amazing pizza there so... More

Simply the best "pizza al taglio" i ever got. The dough yest for 1 or 2 days (= highly digestible and no thirst after meal) and the many and various garnishes make the stop ovet a real culinary experience. The guys managing the place are young and motivated, kind people. STRONGLY RACOMMANDED for who is looking for an alternative to... More

This place could serve the best pizza in the world. I have tried pizza on every continent except Australia. This i realla my favorite. I consider going back to Lecce just to try som more pizzas at Pizzicotto. If you are a pizzalover you just have to go here. Note there are no tables inside.
