Owner Victor takes great pride in the freshness of his daily catches and personally serves each guest at table. Clean and well decorated interior. We experienced several varieties of local fish. A wonderful meal and well priced!!!!

We were party of 4. they have a great menu of freshly caught local fish. I ordered the barracuda, and it was great. My wife ordered the Swordfish, and it was way too dry. they comped her meal, but that should not be necessary.

Stopped in for lunch a few days ago with our tour guide Carlos. Had the most delicious meal consisting of fresh fish, seafood soup, salad, potatoes and veggies. The fish was out of this world and the service terrific!!

I've been in this restaurant a few times in the past years but my last time had been about 2 years ago! It's even slower than it use to be, I mean, more than 1h waiting for grilled fish was desperately slow! I remember the fish to be fresh but this time it was a shame! Not fresh and very... More

We ordered too much food! We tried the limpets, grilled shrimp, fresh fish and squid. The owner of the restaurant was very attentive and the food was good. Nice Azorean cuisine.

This is a charming restaurant with spectacular food. Some of the best fish I've had anywhere. Get one of the fish of the day - incredibly fresh with salad, potatoes and veg for 12 euros. Wonderful experience and would be our top restaurant recommendation for anyone visiting the Azores.

Located side by side to the biggest fishing harbor this is a very good option for having a local fresh fish meal in the North side of the island. Great value for well served food

So impressed by the fact that there was no TV. Nice background music. Host extremely friendly and helpful. We had lapas to start. Delicious. Followed by Sargo, one between two. Incredibly tasty. We also shared a home made dessert. Highly recommend the restaurant food and service.

This place served fresh, excellent fish. When my boyfriend ordered his fish grilled the owner advised him it would be better fried - and he was right. Delicious, great service, local atmosphere. Highly recommended!!

We had dinner twice at this Restaurant. We've been there in December so the Service was Quick and good. The owner is very nice and explaines any dish with his recommendations. As a starter we got cheese assortments without asking. If you don't want it you should tell in advance. We enjoyed freshly grilled fish and fish soup. The portions... More
